►Please note that I cannot ship to Germany at this time, due to laws requiring small businesses to jump through long and pricey hoops to join their recycling program for imported packages, even if I only send one per year.
►International packages usually require a phone number and Etsy hasn't added this as a requirement when purchasing yet.
►Shipping times can be 2-4 times longer than the stated times in a listing due to illness/natural disasters/bad weather etc. Please be patient and wherever possible, get tracking! I have no control over the postal service. I will not package and ship items if I'm sick and will notify buyers if this affects their order. Some locations have major shipping delays/get temporarily suspended and I will message you if this affects your order.

What tools do you use?
Primarily SAI, Clip Studio Paint, Affinity suite and Photoshop and I use a Huion Kamvas 13 or Cintiq Companion G1 tablet.
Wait, aren't some of these prints/designs originally commissions?
You are correct! Unless other arrangements were explicitly made between the artist and the client, by default, the copyright to an art piece belongs to the artist that created it, even if it was a commissioned piece. My Terms of Service for custom art/commissions, that is agreed to by each client, state specifically that i retain the rights to the artwork (that allow me to modify it, reproduce it, sell it, etc) while they get limited non-commercial rights so they can enjoy the image, post it, etc. So, they have agreed to this before purchasing a commission from me.

Do you ship outside of Canada/USA?
Yes! I ship worldwide whenever possible, with average/flat rates, however if you have a complex order, please contact me for a custom listing. NOTE: Most international packages these days REQUIRE a recipient phone number to be added to the shipping label.
